What services do you offer?

We offer comprehensive recruitment services for the logistics sector. We find, verify, train, upskill, and help our candidates get placed all over Hungary. Our candidates go through skill, language, and cultural training before you even select them. We offer end-to-end recruitment assistance, ensuring we’re there by your side from the word go to the end of your hiring process.

We started out recruiting Truck Drivers. However, now we recruit for a large number of logistics roles, such as Bus Drivers, HGV Mechanics, Truck Technicians, Car Technicians, System Maintenance Technicians, Diagnostic Technicians, Welders, Fabricators, Paintshop Technicians, Pre-assembly Operators, Electrical/Hydraulic Charge Hands, etc. Tell us who you need, and we’ll most likely be able to help you out!

We have a thorough and stream-lined process where we vet candidate documents, skills, and experience before we put them through various rigorous training programmes. They also go through other vetting methods, like medical tests and polygraph tests, to ensure they’re the right fit for the posts for which they have been selected.

At the start of our B2B partnership, we shortlist candidates and share that list with recruiters, who can conduct an online or in-person interview with the individuals they think are a good fit. Once our clients let us know who they’ve selected, we assist those candidates with all immigration processes. We stay in touch with both clients and candidates post-landing, ensuring a smooth transition for all involved.

Our first step to tackle attrition has been to hone our training programme so our candidates are well-versed with European rules, regulations, weather conditions, road signs, cultural norms & taboos, gestures, emergency protocols, etc. This has led to our candidates fairing better than competitors when it comes to longevity in their roles. In cases of attrition, we help our clients find replacements as soon as possible to avoid the complications that may ensue.

Filling positions in Europe with talented manpower from third countries can take anywhere from 4 to 6 months. The timeline differs from country to country due to different rules and regulations. We can give you a more specific timeline when you get in touch with us directly.

Transforce sources its candidate pool from a number of countries in the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, and Africa. We also recruit third country professionals who have been living and working in Europe.

Transforce guarantees that the candidates we select have been thoroughly vetted and meet the standards set by the company as well as Hungarian regulations. We guarantee assistance in the case of attrition. We also guarantee that we will follow all legal procedures to ensure both clients and candidates can have long and productive working relationships.

After years of experience in this sector, we have created various training modules that hone our candidates’ skills and assimilation abilities. We provide extensive Code 95 training, tachograph training, simulator training (covering left-hand side driving, adverse weather challenges, emergency situations, etc.), practical classes, as well as cultural awareness training. This ends with our candidates receiving internationally accepted certifications.
